Thread: How to save a whole 2 minutes off tracking your bounty!

After you get your planet location, go to teh starport terminal and get ready to travel in your ship...


Right ebfore you hit the travel button, laucnh a seeker droid and when you get to the planet your mark is on, if you loaded before the first update, it will not say "your mark is not on this planet", it will give you the fist waypoint

well, when I upload to a probe..I go to the starship terminal and wait...then just as the planet name is revealed I jump straight away. when I arrive the waypoint that is there is ony a few seconds old anyway... though this would save a bit of time perhaps on the forst update

The problem with this, is that it works all too well. Many times I've done this, the seeker runs out when I'm about 1.5k away from my mark. You all know what that means when you launch the next seeker, right? Yep, he's 4.5k in some other random direction!


I does work, but I always feel safer launching from the planet once I get there.

when doing npc missions i never launch a seeker until i start riding towards the target. I will travel to a player city if needed and then start riding to the mark and at that point i launch the droid. I've gootten to my mark and started comabt before the first update sometimes lol
