Thread: Question about BH squad

Me and some friends of mine are trying to put together a squad to start hunting jedi on my server. our plan is to build our templates together and work as a team to take down jedi. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice as to what professions would work well together. So far the templates look like this:
MBH/M rifleman - he plays the role of the tracker and nuker
MSL/Mcarb/bh4400 - gives sl buffs and deals damage through carbs
then the third template im thinking of incorperating CM into the template.
My question is this. If all three bountyhunters are grouped and have the same target, will the cm be able to heal the other 2 bhs? Also, ive been looking at pistoleer and commando to maybe mix into a template rather than carbines. Just tell me what ya think of the idea and any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My BH Squad:
Rifleman /Bounty Hunter - Damage Dealer
Pistoleer / Smuggler / Bounty Hunter - States, Roots, etc
Doctor / Bounty Hunter [-or-] Combat Medic / Bounty Hunter - Healing
Ranger / Bounty Hunter - Tracker
Squad Leader/Bounty Hunter- Leader, Buffs
Too bad the are making missions 1v1.

I think your all scum... there is a PvP element in the game and if your a good PvP player.. fight other PvP players...
Most Bounty hunters are just chancers, you have nothing too loose and you like to greif other players!
The whole BH system need re-thinking! Most Jedi are weak as wet paper and go down in 2 or 3 shots... this isn't PvP it just spoils the game!
Hey SoE, nice work on the CU, but how do new Jedi live now? can't grind without Viz and you loose LOADS of XP with every death...
I spent 3 hours grinding today and lost more XP in one death from a BH than I earned? Making this game pointless to me!
I know BH who hunt for the chalenge I know PvP gangs who hunt Jedi Knights for the chalenge... but Scum BH who hunt weak Padawans while grinding, with low health and force... Where is the chalenge in that?

You sound like an angry jedi that just got killed by a bh. The fact of the matter is jedi have it easier now than ever. They already made the jedi/bh thing a 1v1 battle. the most bh you can have on u at 1 time now is 3, as opposed to before when you could have groups of 5-10 or more. plus jedi can grind in groups and get almost double the xp as before. I have a jedi with a full template, but i was around before the cu stuff. Take it from me, you have it way easier now than the jedis did before the cu. Plus, the bounty hunters are the only thing keeping this game from becoming jedi academy.

Asa paddie as of the first day of the CU, I've been grinding inna group steadily with little problem and no vis. Hunt smart, live long brother. I've messed around and go vis a few times and fought BH and lost 2 outta 4 times, but hey it's a GAME! As long as everyone fights honorably, I see no problem in hunting in groups, especially BH that go after a knight or higher cause they are gonna need more than one to win if the jedi has any skill PVP. Your best bet is to have several different profs for your squads to complement each other like eldos posted above. You should be able to heal each other if your grouped and all have the same mission. CM is great for the ranged heals, I'd highly recommend it.
Mon, I don't know if I'd say we had it easier, because pre-CU it was easy to get a few hundred thousand xp inna few hours of grinding solo. Now paddies gotta group to get xp and be careful of the vis. Granted there is no saber tef, perma-death (/shiver), or the 20 man groups on your backside but the devs have made it no less easy.
I just with everyone would stop whining so D**N much. Have fun or canel your account.

Ha he does sound like a jedi that got killed by a bounty hunter, and i think this is something that needs to happen.
Like the jedi dont roam around in packs, I have seen were a bounty hunter was going after his mark and then 5 jedi jump right into the mix. I say take them all down

Haha, I was just joking around. That was just going to be my "perfect squad". I always hunt alone. Not becasue I always want to.
