I finally got off my butt and decided to work on my alt pilot, and was rewarded handsomely. I just looted an L7 Slayn and Korpil Vortex Reactor at 17988 mass and 38040 Energy Generation.

Feeling REAL good right now.

Question for those of you who're "in the know" when it comes to reactors:

How low does the mass go on L7s? The one I looted yesterday was 26602 generation and like 15.1k mass. I doubt I'm gonna find one better for generation anyday soon, so I'm figuring I'll just look for the lowest possible mass and use this thing to run EO4 on my heavy X. Since spaceloot.com is down (best freaking site ever), I can't check the distribution of masses for level 7 reactors.

I treat L7 reactors like guns - 15k is RE-able, 13k is elite.

If I get a full-data return of spaceloot.com tomorrow I'll back this up with some meaningful numbers.
