make a macro

/clear;
/clear;
/dump;

and bind it to a key.

Should solve the issue 99% of the time.



Works fine for me, up untill last night, I got knockdowned and got "wrong stance" no matter what I did. O.o

The only way it's spamming "You cannot knockdown recover while knocked down" is if you're spamming the knockdown recovery button. If you get the bug, hit escape and knockdown recovery exactly once.

Yea, even when pressing it once you can still get bugged. Try getting up sometimes in large scale pvp. Its no different then getting dizzy/KD pre-cu.

They realy just need to remove the kd recovery. And make /stand allow you to getup.

From what I understand of the cause of the bug, if they changed it like that, we'd just get a "Cannot stand while knocked down" bug instead.

If you have a default attack turned on in a high lag area, you can get the knockdown bug too. I found the best way around this is to hit Esc and knockdown recovery exactly once the second you get the "You have been knocked down" message. Watch the cooldown timer on the knockdown recovery icon in your menu bar and try attacking when the cooldown timer is finished. Doing it that way in a high lag area, I can usually be back on my feet fighting before the animation updates.
