Ok, here is my problem. Once I finish talking to the spynet operative on Talus, I head into space. Once there, I launch my Arakyd Droid, and it does its countdown as usual. Finally, the droid lands after 20seconds, and then I sit and wait for it to report. My problem lies here. When it lands, I get the message, but not on what planet, so I have no clue. I wait 3minutes like I was told to, but nothing happens, so I launch another arakyd. Same thing happens to me. What am I doing wrong, or how can I fix it?

I think you're supposed to go outside of Talus and launch the Arakyd [not in space]. When it comes down you interact with it to find the planet etc.

When you head into space - i assume you mean you head out of town.
After launching an Arakyd droid (from the ground) a Probot droid lands nearby. You need to click on the probot droid and select "Upload biological signature" from the radial menu. The probot droid will then fly off into space and about 3 minutes later you get a system message saying that "due to the unusually high number of life signs on Kashyykk the droid was unable to locate your target" or if you are really lucky you may get a message saying "Your target is on <planet name>"

Wow, some idiot BH on my server to do this from space. 
WOW! I wasted like 10 arakyds and a bunch of time for such a little item. Thanks for helping me, it WORKED this time around!

Sequence ofstages to find mark is:
1. Get mission (on ground).
2. Talk to spynet op to obtain bio signature (on ground).
3. Launch probe droid (on ground).
4. Upload bio signature to probe droid (via radial menu) (on ground).
5. Head to starport/spaceport and wait to be told what planet mark is on (on ground).
6.Arriveon saidplanet and launch seeker droid immediately (on ground).
7. Head to waypoint and by the time you get there seeker will start giving you waypoint updates (on ground).
8. Launch more seekers (if necessary) to see where mark moves on planet (on ground).
9. If you can't find mark on said planetrepeat stages 3-9.
All stages are completed on the groundbased game, you'll need to use space travel to travel to another planet but that's the only process that involves space while hunting marks.
