Two warnings for today :

- harvesters consumption seems to have doubled... yep...

- they put a STUPID 'dump hopper' button where the 'retrieve resources' button used to be... I lost my harvesting in one harvester because of it.

All I've seen so far but it isn't good...

Actually its not doubled it Just shows the rate in an easier way.

example:

if your credit rate was 45(Heavy) before that was actually 90 credits an hour

Now it just shows the hourly rate so it makes more sense now.

also harvesters have a time set for power now so you dont have to guess as much

Well no, if I put 1000 in my harvester and it says that it's enough for 1 day when it was enough for 2 before the patch, I think it means that it doubled right?

But it seems like it was just a display mistake, guess we'll see when the servers go back up.

The dump button isn't a display error for sure though...

Yea, they said this is unintentional and should be fixed (hopefully more sucessfully than this patch). There is no answer about whether people will be reimbursed for the extra money they are spending before they can fix it, though. I kind of doubt it.

Anyway, the server has been down since I woke up this morning and it is now time to go to bed. When I logged off last night, my harvesters had one more day in their maintenence/power cycle and I was going to go feed them today to keep them going. Assuming that they get it working by tomorrow morning, they should all be shut down and I will have to at least pay extra maintenence on them to bring them to 100%. Considering that I had made some major purchases the day before, and there is no way I could sell any clothes today, it is going to be pretty tough. Thats life, though, even if it isn't real life.

My harvesters are definitely using up at least twice as much power.. I checked this AM and every one of them had used more than they should have.

Guess I should be glad I just got a fusion generator?

Well I decided that I needed to expand my horizons, so I went to Dantooine (cheapest non-base world) and arrived at the imperial outpost. Let me tell you, the cantina is not the place to dance lyrical, can you say "Owie, my shoulders are bruised"?

So I decided that I would go to the miner's outpost, but I decided it would be a good idea to run. Good exercise for a dancer. I liked the purple grass and soon enough I made it to the miner's outpost. I had a good time there, told some stories, sang some songs and so forth.

But then I realized that there is a third outpost, a pirate's outpost. When I saw this, how could I not want to go there so I could sing some sea shanties. Well I decided I should run, since it would take a bit of time to prepare to sing a number of sea shanties to the pirates. Of course I had to stop once in awhile to sing the Flintstone's theme song to the kungas, they seem to really like it.But by the time I arrived I had macroed in six songs.

This brings me to my warning: There are no pirates at the pirate outpost on Dantooine to which you can sing sea shanties or are they chanties?

There are pirates at that outpost.Every now and thena whole bunch will spawn...and they will be hostile. On time I shuttled in to a large group of about 20... It is rare though...maybe once a month.

think its chanties could be wrong i know a "shanty" is a little poorly constructed house like a hut or lean to

A good place to give a Ode to the pirate would be on Lok but the pirates there can be a bit rude.
