well. not so much as rate it, but more of a "can this be a valid temp for PVP"

I will be MBH soon, and that will be my main prof. I am also currently Msmuggler.

Can this be a good combo for PVP. The state shots are pretty good, but not much damage dealing with it, so I'm torn as smuggler is been keeping all my gear sliced for free.

Any advice for this.
