Thread: question on investigation exp cap?

I am a novice BH and was wondering what the exp cap on investigation exp is at novice, is there a cap? Could i do all my invest grinding without getting invest 1?

cap was 10k last I heard. cap it before you train any boxes, makes life a lot easier.

thank you i guess theres no way around having off planet marks in the grinding

you should only have same planet marks if you have not trained until you cap the 10k xp. It was like that pre CU, I dont know if it that way still. that's the reason you cap the 10k in the first place. I might be out of the loop lately because I have not done the invest grind in like 8 months or so.

on a side note i love the loot im getting from these guys
2 BH chest schems and 1 BH leggins schem in just a few hours pluss alot of slicing loot

I did the Novice to 2xxx path recently and you are correct. It's all same planet marks until after you train. (10K should get one to Invest 2 with about 4K in.)
