sliced and puped dc 15 or sliced and pupped trando rifle, or get a good as to make u a adv laser rafle and slice and pup it for only about 1 mill or maybe a bit more.

Get a capped Heavy Lightning Rifle... with the elemental damage included it is the hardest hitting rifle in the game.

its really preferance...mine is a heavy lightning rifle damage capped and a SAC of 82 speed sliced and a damage pup= pwnt jedi

dc15 is a really weak rifle...dont listen to this noob.

I have a Damage Capped, low SAC ALR that I really like, but I'm looking for an equivallent HLR because of the extra 40 damage and much cool combat graphic....
My suggestion, shop around and pay NO attention to DPS. Better, find a 12 pt Weaponsmith and custom order a HLR and have the damage line experimented FULLY (til they can't put any more points in it) then have the rest placed into SAC...
This should raise the minimum up a good amount after the maximum cap is raised....

I have a uber T21, only problem is the SAC is horrid. Normal dmg 1120-1345, Speed, 1.2,Mods DPS 605, SAC 120 <-- Evil
I use my Cover Retaliation every once in awhile, Nulifier X if they get too close.
