Yeah you're right I guess I missed that, 948 is cap. But will also depend on where you're at for speed as well. If you're close to the cap with your skillset, going past tier 1-2 might be useless as well. Might want to find you what the speed cap is on the scatters and look into your skillset before you get the slice. Might turn out your best option is a the tier 3 crit chance.

Critical all the way, or T3 speed + T1 critical. I sliced my Featherweight T3 speed + T1 critical, hit 1.79 speed. I burn through action like mad though, mod speed of 1.17 or something like that. I've been thinking about getting another one made and putting a full critical slice on it to compare the two.

Try to get a 65 SAC one if you can.

Tier 1 speed
Tier 3 damage
Tier 1 crit
