I've done about the same you have or a little more and haven't seen any yet either. I was beginning to wonder if they even exist. I wonder if novice BH's have seen them. LOL.

I grinded the whole invest tree and looted 2 set of casing, 1 set of cells, many CA's(the best rolled back TY SOE) bh schem, crystal, poster, crap amd crap and Scope (rolled backed as well TY SOE)

I do 3-4 missions a day and I've gotten 7 or 8.

i do missions everynight and not yet seen a power cell. and only one stack of reinforce casings.

I scored my first stack of power cells last night. +180 max damage, -.73 speed, -8 SAC. Only a stack of four though.

I have done over 150 missions and only got power cells once in game. So I know what you are going through. Also, out of those missions I have gotten 2 ca's and about 100 jar of bugs.

what? i havent gotten any of that stuff and have been primarily doing NPC/BH missions till the FRS is fixed. i do about 15npc and 3 or so jedi missions a day and nothing, havent gotten a SEA in a week
