Ok i've picked up my other account.. The thing is he's a wookie. What do you guys suggest for armor ?

depends on what template you're going, if you have master rifles, or master pistols, you'll want recon armor. If you have master Carbineer or master Doc/CM, you'll want to get battle armor. I can't remember off the top of my head which armor is which, but those are the ones you'll want.
What ever you do don't touch assault(unless you are tanking spin groups) as it has minimal energy protection, and energy will be what you need no matter if you are going up against NPC's or Jedi.

i remember when we first got the ceremonial crap. i was so psyched about having my 25% kinetic armor
