If a BH isn't the one that Inc'd a jedi, they shouldn't be able to get the death blow them.
(No it wasn't me, I'm just stating because its a crappy method of getting your mark)

Why work twice as hard to get a kill when a little patience and cunning will allow you to get the kill with less risk? Simply smart hunting if you ask me. Kinda like how Jedi grind endlessly on Kashyyk instead of going to planets where they can be tracked. Same philosophy there. Why take more risk than is neccessary to accomplish your goal? In short: DEAL WITH IT !!!

I think it is pretty crappy too....but depends on the situation...I was "cheated" out of what would have been my first Mission successful.
I get a name, track to 3 different planets, Finally converge on my "mark"...good fight, he hits me...I hit him...I incap him...and a freaking MBH that had been standing there the whole time...runs up and DBs him..I know he had the same mission as I did..but at least he could have helped or something....Standing there letting me fight it out..so he could swoop in and DB and get the credits...Thats not tactics or strategy, it is cowardness and being a punk.
Now if the MBH had just showed up and saw his mark ingaged in a fight, I would not have minded, I would have done the same thing...But when I landed, he was there walking around..talking to someone in front of the starport...when I came back to town from chasing my mark all over Corellia, he was still there, when I started fighting he was there just watching.
