Both??? Nah man the eve this patch goes live all BHs everywhere should unite and grab their missions at a set time, rally at a predetermined distance south of your mark, group up and open up a can of "order 66".

It is possible, but you cannot choose with who you team up.
BHs could establish a server chat channel, grab a mission, identify the mark and afterwards ask in the channel if there is anybody holding the same mission. Its a pretty slim chance if you ask me, and it is not possible to form pre-determined gank squads on certain Jedi.
Other choice is to go to your mark and drop the mission to pull another random one if its not the same mark your friend has. Refinement would be to abort as soon as the Arakyd reports a different planet

Slim chance of ever getting the same mission.
Conclusion is: Yes, possible, but extremely time consuming.
