Thread: EVERONE READ... BREAKING NEWS FROM OUR JEDI FRIENDS!

i had to post this....


did all my fellow BH's know that we are all automatically demoted and classifed as noobs, respec bh's, "and many other last chance to make me feel better insults" as soon as we kill our mark?!


i mean i really didnt know, i thought it was just a rumor, but im so excited that ive finally hit the 100 mark for "ive been called a respec BH for killing a jedi".


LOL obviously im joking but heres the story with what happened tonight....


So I get done for the night with raping the rryatt trails, ive had enough of all those AFKers so i have been making a point to spend as much time hunting soley on kash so these jedi learn they actually have to WORK for their xp, not watch tv, sleep, etc while they grind. anyway, i get bored of it and think ill call it a night so i head back to my home planet of dant for the night to logout in my guilds city. well i get into MOP and all i see are these idiots with their sabers flashing and they are dueling and showing off. this automatically pisses me off but i go ahead and ignore it and buy my ticket home. Well then i go to inspect cause ship isnt ready yet so i go watch the dueling fools. I recognize A LOT of the names... many of them 220 k and above. I get a burst of adrenaline and say lets head back to kaadara. I wrote down the names, just incase i forgot, it is late by now, and i head to kaadara. Now ive killed many 200+ k jedi, most afk on kash, and ive even dueled and held my ground, and defeated bounties that were 220+, but they could usually see me coming and got prepped or like i said it was a duel or i just somehow win lol. but i know this is going to feel so good, killing these jedi who arent acting like jedi at all.


i get on terms in kaadara, find name, he turns out to be 226 k. im excited. dont even worry about bio sig, just go back... and i get in little circle with the rest of the crowd... oh its wonderful... knowing that at the opportune moment ill strike and he has no idea. his health gets down to about 700 and BAM! headshot. hes incapped. i stand over him, and double click till i hear that wonderful sound of the DB. im 226 k richer, and about to be thoroughly entertained....


now i didnt take a screenie cause im too lazy, but it was some of the best hate tells ive ever received and i promised him i'd share with everyone on the BH forums cause i know us guys love a good laugh. oh i wish you all could have been there. BH are a bunch of pu$$ies and im a noob, i just started a month ago, and so on and so on. (i did indeed register on forums about a month ago, but dont be deceived, ive been around longer than that). "im an F'ing cheater, fagg*t this and fagg*t that... it wasnt a fair fight. i couldnt take him on my own, lets duel... blah blah blah". i just laughed the whole time. i dont get it, we cant kill a jedi without them flipping out. i mean it happens all the time, i always get hate tells, usually they kinda piss me off, but because its so expected from jedi now, all i can do is laugh. and i laughed my ass off.


to make a long story short, i went back to kaadara, got another name of fool grinding, someone that happened to be on my guilds most wanted list. so i get his mission, hes 222 k, sounds good to me. i head back to MOP on dant, hes gone... no dueling idiots there... so where is 2nd best place to duel these days? THEED. sure enough, hes there. and hes AFK... got the tag over his head. but it can be deceiving. i send him a tell... he never answers... so i move in for the kill.... hes done in a matter of seconds... no damage to me. he comes back a few min later, rez's and then tells me im a noob, a f'ing bh POS, etc etc etc.


wow guys.it was long but ihad to share.lets only hunt the duel'ers and the afk'ers from now on. they really dont enjoy when you mess up their routines. happy hunting everyone.

I love hunting the duelers in Theed but for some reason I've never thought to check on Dantooine. :/

Question on the "respecced BH...noob" insult that jedi love to throw out. I've had an active account since launch. I took about 8 months off and enjoyed RL, worked, exercise...normal stuff. I decide to come back and play around with SWG again. Upon logging, I find I can respec to different profs. What is wrong with respeccing to a diff prof that you have an interest in? My account has been active for longer than some of the Jedi have been playing, so they need to be careful with the insults. Also,I think I remember reading a lot of Jedi respecced their template to the latest, greatest uber template too.


In my opinion, the game took a big hit when everyone started grinding just to get a jedi. Oh well, I'm enjoying the game again, so let everyone say and do what they want. I'm quite content with the current state of the game.I realize there are still imerfections, but they just don't seem so important when I can simplystep away from the game if it becomes monotonous and boring. Overall, this was/is a good game and people need to enjoy it for what it is.


One last comment:


Shouldn't the Jedi who didn't have to grind out profs just to unlock the slot, be held in low regard?

Well, fools that duel in public deserve to be killed, thats just stupid, I make it a rule, never to duel in public, I also , never ever , show off in front of others, When my saber comes out its to kill something in PVE, of to defend myself against a BH, that just got my mission.


As for AFK, just because your a 220+ does not mean that u go and AFK in public areas, thats just stupid " ive got nothing to lose/ no BH would dare take my mission" attidude is about to change. If i gotta go bio or away from keyboard, ill do it inside a private house.Fools that duel in public and AFK in public places, just make the BH richer.

It's pretty easy to guess that the respec n00b tells come from recently unlocked, and power leveled respec'd Jedi.


You seem to be taking them for what they are which is good. Crying abounds in all professions.

Personally folks... I have killed several Jedi now...yes I am kind of a newb, not so much as some others I have ran across but like what was said in a post somewhere in the forums...I forget where. Just because I'm a newb on the forums doesn't mean I am in the game. Anyway.... I was going to say: The jedi can send me hate tells all day long, I will just be laughing my way to the bank. That or the /addignore (name) and the lame messages just seem to go away. Regardless of all that...it doesn't change the fact that if like mentioned above, the jedi wasn't out being an idiot showing off in Theed, or on Dant afk, he wouldn't have had me to kill him. The only reply I have for the jedi that has the nerve to call me a newb after I kill him is:


"Who's the newb now, if your such a vetran to the game...you would have known better than go afk where I can blow your brains out"


Or


"Yup, I'm a newb aiight, sure am, and you sure are dead...yup, dead as a doornail"


or lastly


"Oh, I am truly sorry that I killed you now, please find it in your heart to forgive me when I blow your freakin brains out again for showing up on the terminals"


Other than that, I don't bother to reply...if I even give them that much curtisy. Don't get me wrong, there are some Jedi that deserve some respect, atleast in the way the play. I have noticed though, that at some point in time they all eventually feel the need to go into a large crowd of people and get flashy like there just asking for it. So, why not give them what they want...after all, we get paid to give them the one thing they seem to ask for over and over again....DEATH! Otherwise they wouldn't be doing the stupid crap they do all the time.


Now, before I get flamed by some trolling Jedi or someone whom has a Jedi as an Alt... I will say this... there are actually some really decent Jedi out there that don't do all the stupid things to get them on the terminals. They end up on them because of a careless mistake or just bad luck. Those are the people that give us BH's the best combat experience we can ask for....they know there character, and how to use them very well. I /salute the very, very few of you out there.

Or the "payback" tells. You know someone is very ticked when they add you to theirget even/payback list in a game where it's impossible to even do.Oh, you going to pay Mau back, gonna get even? You gonna camp me? Burn my city, stalk and grief me? ha! You can't get even in this game, you can't 'pay' people back. It feels good making the angry list.

In a few days stories like this will dry up because Jedi will be able to duel outside Theed SP or sit afk in the square in Coronet knowing that any BH after there mission will have about a 2000-1 chance of ever finding it.
