but what is the lowest a jedi can be worth on the terms that seperates them from the npc's

NPC generally won't go over 32k. Any mission ending in 3 zeroes and over 30k is likely to be a jedi...low lvl jedi like that are very hard though because they'll probably whip out a rifle. stil with 90-110k if you're just starting out
