There is a long discussion going about this elsewhere...right now you only need Novice BH to get good loot it would appear.

I would vote for MBH MCH Rifles 4xx4
If it is just for loiot you can also have the fun "end game" of hunting rare and exotic creatures. I have it as my alt temp and I have a blast doing NPC misions. Very easy to complete and the CH stuff is just plain fun as well.
If hunting jedi is not a priority I encourage you to look into it.
MBH MCM is a jedi hunter tmeplate plain and simple.
MCM lets you solo ancient krayts; while fighting BH marksis very different the fact still remains that MCM is very strong. A little bit of rifles gives you the fire power you need.
My usual fight with NPC is like this.
Food >> Blob candy
Paralyze >> Thyroid rupture >> Toss fire on mark >> then do a combination of duelist stance, knockdown, advance critical/headshot, rinse and repeat.
I normally heal once with a stim, most timesI can go without healing, I dont like taking the chance though. These are the 17-20k HAM elites.
Bosses are a bit different as you will need to actually start healing yourself, but it's still an easy victory. 40k HAM bosses are a whole nother story, but they are rare. For those I have to treat it as a Jedi hunt, using all my normal foods and preps.

MCH sounds interesting, but I dont think you can match the shear power of riflemens.Personally I think any profession combo can do NPC BH missions, you just need a good PSG and decent armor/weapon. But since you asked for the "best" I would say MBH/MCM/ and Rifles 4.x.x.x
