Hey, I'm currently making a film called "Memories of a Jedi Knight" that has gotten some good feedback (what I have so far) on the Kettemoor boards, and I wanted to conduct a little survey to help make it even better. I am short on human resources. In fact, the only people that have been directed/are being directed are myself, my brother, one of my best friends, and I guy that wanted to help that I met in Mos Eisley (I do this because I don't have Skype and can't verbally communicate with those in my guild, and I want to make sure that I'm able to verbally talk to the actors so that they do exactly what I envisioned.) This, however, is okay, because the story strictly surrounds the adventures of two best friends. It is a drama, much like The Code of the Sith is, only with a more tragic theme. Anyways, here is the survey.

Rate on a scale of 1 to 10 how much each of the following mean to you, 1 being the lowest, and 10 being the highest.

1. An ACTION-PACKED battle.

2. A battle that is not necessarily action packed, but carries lots of emotion.

3. Drama

4. Length

5. A long rising action to boost how much you care about the characters.

6. Music that really intertwines with and becomes one with the movie.

7. Having lots of people involved in the making.

Thanks in advance.

1. An ACTION-PACKED battle. 8 A good battle can often times make you watch the movie over and over just for the battle

2. A battle that is not necessarily action packed, but carries lots of emotion. 7... battles with emotion mean more

3. Drama eh... depends 6

4. Length (higher if you like it longer) 8 longer films are more fun imo

5. A long rising action to boost how much you care about the characters. 10... without character buildup action means nothing

6. Music that really intertwines with and becomes one with the movie. 6... music makes such a difference lousy music just ruins it all

7. Having lots of people involved in the making. no idea... but a good stroy has many faces and many different characters

Thanks in advance.

Well I would partake in the survey, but to be honest, it wouldn't be accurate.

For example, there are thousands of great movies out there in all sorts of genre. It's all great depending on who wrote it, who directed it, and who acted in it.

Imagine, for instance, that Anne Rice wrote Star Wars, or George Lucas wrote Tuck Everlasting..

Pretty bad image, wot?

Do what you think you can do best, and we'll be here to watch it when you're done!

Hope this helps. Good luck!
