basically what it says in the title.
can you jus get a mission, walk up to them and blast em away?

Umm I don't think you can u have to have the bio sig to get the wp of the dude unless im not sure bout this if u kno where the person is or your friends with or something not sure have to ask a professional =)

Lol if it were up to me i would send them a simply /tell and ask them where r u i need to ask u a question or simply just ask them and talk to them and make friends than BAM!!!! lol

well basically.. jedi in our city 
jus trying to get it lucky with our bh and werent sure if ya needed a bio sig or not

yes, but how would you know who to blast and where to blast him?

Sometiems igo find a terminal if i see jedi duelling about the city, so i just keep accepting and tabbing around until i get one

oh, well turns out i got the beggah ^,^
his own fault really... he ran up to STs and ATSTs so i hit him with a KD and then started blasting with Headshot/Critical shot.
He was MDef so AI was going.. but after that hes gone 
easiest 400k so far 
(shame it was split between the 7 other group members >.<
and lets jus say he was a lil grumpy with me
