Thread: Friends DBing exploit

since i really dont care what the jedi think about this i'll post it here. 
Today i was in my city, duelin around with some guildies, when a bh comes up and shoots me. i stop hittin my friend and go after the bh. (the duel is still running) i'm at like 20% force when the bh hits me and he's got some nice heals, no way i'll win. so when i get incapped my friend dbed me. You guys think this is an exploit? i didnt start dueling my friend after the bh came, or right before i was gonna get incapped, i was dueling him for a few mins before the bher came. the bh obviously called exploit on me but what do u guys think?

Its fair the BH just had a sore ass that he didnt get you is all.

If I was the BH I'd be pretty pissed. It's not an exploit, but... It's not cool to steal the BH's kill like that either.

Yes, but you knew you would be hunted and lose exp when you became a Jedi. The BH got you fair and square, and you took his victory with a lame stunt.

Why? It's not bypassing any game mechanics? Why should it be an exploit?

The battle between a jedi and a BH is intended to be 1 on 1. Anything done that disrupts that 1 on 1 is not working within the intended process. Doing something intentionally that is not within the intended process of the 1 on 1 is an exploit. If he DBed you knowing he shouldn't (we know he knew he was in the wrong) then yes it was an exploit.
Rule of thumb is this. If you have to ask if its an exploit...it most likely is.

He was already dueling the guy...so what your saying is that if a jedi is dueling another jedi and then a bh attacks him then they are automatically exploiting which is pure nonsense.

I'd consider calling it an exploit IF you did it on purpose. Doesn't seem to be the case here...how would anyone really know the difference anyway? Who knows...maybe you're waving your hand at your monitor right now and....it.... was just a friendly duel. It was just, a friendly, duel.

This was an exploit.I was the bounty hunter, Every time I goto this area of LOK I have trouble with you guys , your all abusive. I was watching you for a good five minutes before i strook you and you was not dueling anyone, or if you was , they certainly wasnt doing any damage to you. You and your friends were spamming me with group invites and doing anything you could to stop me killing you.
Ive lost all respect for anyone from that area as this is not the first time its happened, and i rarely had any trouble with any other jedi, only ever seem to have trouble when I goto "mos timothy V" on LOK. Ive had many of fights and killed full templates. If you ask me youexploiters/cheaters spoil the game.
