I've only found the damage mods; they should be :

Advanced Critical Shot (1.90 Damage multiplier) - Chance to score a crtical hit.
Torso Shot (1.60 Damage multiplier) - Bleed
Improved Sprayshot (1.50 Damage multiplier) - Cone AoE

but no info on sac multiplier and delay
