Thread: Range on radar?

I know the radar range can be set up to 1024, but I'm wondering what the range of people showing up on your radar is. Anyone know?

It used to be 128 for the max range for when someone would show on the radar. However, I recently noticed that I could see players on the overhead map that were NOT showing on the radar.
So I set the radar to 256, and they appeared. I think this was extended around the time that the structure range was increased.
So in answer to your question, the range is 256.

It seems to me that nothing shows up until 128m, even if it's set higher. But with your overhead map maxed out, you can see until approximately 220m.
