Thread: Bit of advice please

Hello all
I've decided Im going to revamp my character and go with what I WANT to play, rather than follow the crowd.
Im a Master BE and Master TK, and I want to shove the rest into Creature handler (I know, I know...I must be mad)
I have 17 skill points to divvy up after the Novice box. any advice on which way to go?
I was thinking 0-3-0-1. This should give me lvl 21 control. I may be able to sneak myself a light armoured pet at that.
any advice gratefully received

Mad? Nah, you're talking to someone what was MasterPikeman, Carbine IV and CH at one time, I was the Ultimate Red Headed Step child.

Might want to toss some in to Taming honestly, so you could use the move vicious animals. You can always get a CH to train it all the way for ya.

sorry,I should have mentioned that. I normally wear +25 taming wild & viscious creatures & +25 mask scent clothing.

I have crawled from 150m away to 40m under cover but Jedi is in a house in the middle of nowhere.
1.Will they know I there? They were already in the house befor I got there.
2.Should I just leave and try for someone else? I have been here for nealry 1hr.
Any hints and tips welcome.

the jedi in the house can't get you out of cover, they will often have friends do that for them, but if you haven't seen any you should be safe.
Staying vs. leaving is tough, there's nothing to say the next jedi won't be doing the same thing, I've waited hours myself.

When I was still worried about BHs I kept my radar on 256m and if I saw a dot on there that disapeared I assumed it was a BH/Rifleman that did +cover+. I then knew to prepare for a fight (or as some jedi do, run and hide).
This happened one day, I saw the dot and then it went poof. I put my mouse over my buff macro, walk over to where the dot was and lo and behold -cover-. This guy was very very new to PvP because he opened fire on me, I hit my buff macro, and I DB him in 10 seconds. Shortest fight EVER for me, and I can only attribute it to him having no idea how to PvP but you can see how +cover+ sends off warning flags.
If they saw you previously and thought you were a BH you can sometimes do /target yourname if you are in range and it will select you even though you are under cover. Then they can watch your movements, etc. Most likely the jedi is AFK or chatting with someone and just didn't see you but has no reason to come out either.
As far as how long you wait... depends on how much free time you have.
