No.. It doesn't....
there is a sploit to "see cloakers", (i call it sploit because its a bug allowing you to tell where a cloaker is)
/emote name should tell you if he's there though.

If the Jedi is cloaked in the middle of a field with no other mobs or NPC's within 20m of him he will remain cloaked indefinitely.
The drain on cloak is less then that of the regen on force if there are no other mobs or NPC's around.
If he stays in that spot AFK for a long time best thing to do is to get a bunch of friends like 5-7 of them to surround the spot and the drain on his force will be alot higher and eventually will run out.
