Where the heck are they? The old master level one I used to use on dearic tells me to find a neophyte handler!

There are a couple of them in Kaadara. The one thats easiest is right across from the shuttleport. It used to be Inv3 Spynet op, but since the change, it is now Inv3 and 4.
