i have a friend who's thinking of adding bh to a semi crafting alt, he could get to level 72, what level bh marks can he pull with this?

The marks will probably be 72-76

I am grinding through BH now and i was lvl 71 for a long time. I could pull from 65 to 82 depending on the mark. Most mission i did were lvl 65 diff and i got lvl 66 to 71 marks.
