Can anyone who is a MBH MCM plz give me some advice. I was hoping someone might take the time to tell me what their action bars look like. Whats in each toolslot? Also what foods do you use? Are there any macros for BH? Let me know.

Thanks: Raga Ko'Fey

That thread doesn't anwser my question. I did read it. So come on! Read mine again. If you don't want to be the one to take the time and let me know what's in your toolbarslots then don't reply. If no one wants to let me know, then fine. I just thought I'd ask.

Advice... practice on a friend... then work out yourself what you want in your toolbar not only will you work out what you need to use etc but youll be able to customise your toolbar to yourself and work out exactly what macros YOU think you need to use and be able to write them yourself.

Big opinion of mine half the fun in this game is working out things for yourself.

I'm not that temp, but here's what I guess (in no particular order)

Your stim, your recoveries, your enhancers (for fire and such), your non-enhanced abilities (E-Drain), KD Recover, your gun.

It is too complex of a template to answer that question in a quick response. A lot of it is personal choice. I, for one, have four different action bars set up for different situations. One for hunting NPC marks. One for hunting player marks. One for wilderness hunting in a group. One for wilderness hunting solo.

While my setups may seem natural for me, they may not seem natural for you.

For instance, KD recovery. A friend of mine has it in F1 because that is natural to him. I have it in CTRL+F1 because it isn't much of a concern to me to have to hit the CTRL button.

With this template, it really does come down to a LOT of personal preference. If you plan on PvP vs. jedi, then you want your hotkeys to be second nature to you. There is a lot of strike and counterstrike and you need to be quick with your fingers. It's like typing, you have to be able to know your keys by heart. I recommend taking on some elite and boss NPC bounties and start from there.

My toolbar layout is along these lines (from memory, am at work atm.

f1-f5 are my primary damage dealers adv crit, underhand, torso, bodyshot, charge shot

f6-f7 poison and fire enhancers

f8-f12 are my CM specific edrain, thyroid, trauma, shock , para etc

2nd row

f1-f4 KD recovery, bacta shot, spray, toss

f5 Heal enhancer

f6 can't remember

f7 Duelist

f8 deut pyro drink

f9-f12 weapons HLR, scatter, fwg5, elite carb

Probably not the best layout imaginable, but it works for me.

I've never used macro's but thats only cos i don't think macro's can work in a fight, there are too many things that can alter the swing of a fight one way or another and macro's can harm that.

Many times i've tried to heal but been knocked down at that precise moment, then i quickly write /dump then hit the KD recovery, i spose i could write a one button macro to do that but i cba tbh and macro writing aint my strong point (hint hint)

I consider myself an expert at writing macros and have devised many many macros for combat.... but I dont use any of them
Pre-CU macros were the thing... now they are too unreliable to be a decent fighting tool.... crafting macros are great though.

try this one out... I find it amusing

Macro name: Naughty

/sing lol

Nothing special but you can have a few laughs with it....
