Have you guys found sence the CU that the majorty of the stupid insults that get hurled at you come frome the dim whits in the Jedi's grinding group?
I had this one fool chasing me as I was chasing the mark calling my every name in the book and a few I have never heard before (I think it was some form of the stupid L33T speak) chalanging me to duels and trying to trade with me. When I finaly killed the Jedi and healed my self, I made my way back to where they where grinding and simply excepted the duel that he challanged me to on the run and put him in his grave.
Well according to him I have greefed him and my account will be banned shortly. So I would like to take this oppertunity so say good by and appoligize to the little terry tough guy panty waist ifI hurt his feelings

LOL, i so coulda wrote this. I attacked a jedi and i lost LOS and he got away, healed buffed and came back and made me run all the while his buddies were chasing me, calling me names, offering trades (how nice), and offering me ride (ah thats sweet). Anyway, I logged off cuz i needed sleep. I wait about 20 mins and i was steemin still, so i got outta bed and then logged back in, and murdered that jedi, all because his friends were pissing me off.
I have to say, he was pretty cool about it too.

Ye this is pretty common now. Most marks are ok with it and will accept this, the 'Leet' people hes hunting with however have a generaly unsocial aproach to a bountyhunters company. I had to add 4 people to ignore list because i was hunting a 160k jedi and he ran into a big house that alot go to hide from bh's. Im master rifleman so i used cover and disapeared from radar, 5mins later he pops out of the house, sniper shot, huge damage. Stopping/KD and died before he knew what was going on, he was cool about it, i rezed him, we still talk about things online, infact EVERY one of the jedi i have killed are now friends, just like 20mins after a kill get pages and pages of abuse about how im exploiting cover, how it should only be used for PvE and how im going to be banned for exploiting it

Oh I am exacly the same way, I have dozens of Jedi that I talk to regularly. We swap info on our profs and WP to good shops. It is just these people that have never been exposed to this side of the game simply assume that it is personal......still......I wish I could have seen the little pricks face when my tag turned red and he went into the dirt.
Little tip to all of you that do this, we can exept the duel any time after it is offered. I think even if we come back from the cloners

Man no kidding, and when you call them an idiot for saying you'd get banned for killing them, they report you for insulting them. Unbelievable.

Man, that must have been sweet. I find that more often than not, its the Jedi friends that are the true retards when the Jedi are cool.

Bah! We Jedi (well, my alt is the Jedi)are supposed to be Hunted! Die with Pride! To me you accepted that when you told the old man "I do" and went after Mellicae(sp?). My Jedi has never been on Kash...

Honestly, I have never received a bad tell from a jedi. Live or die they usually respond with good fight, or you really got me, or we just have a simple chat. I never instigate discussion with a jedi though. Jedi friends are a totally different story though. About 75% of my encounters with jedi in groups have resulted in their friends trash talking in tells, spatial, and on the forums. It is really sad and I almost feel sorry for the jedi who has those friends. I have no problem with a jedi who beats me or finds a way to escape, but half the time I wish I could just hunt their friends. I almost wish the GTEF was back in so you could finish off the friends after killing your mark.

Good story although can you PLEASE change the title of your thread to something more socntructive so it doesn't get deleted?

Same thing happened to me once after killing a Jedi. After killing the Jedi I was getting tells from his friends trash-talking wanting to know why I had killed him to which I responded "To get paid." One of the friends promptly told me "If you want to get paid then try dueling me." Being the great guy I am I accepted the challenge and quickly incapped him. I never did get paid though.....

HAHA,that's great. i never thought about going back after i killed the jedi and accepting the other peoples duels. and 9/10 i bet they don't even think to cancel it either.
