Ok im starting to get into the whole hunitig jedi stuff and I'mcurious if my current template is good enough to go against jedi's..... I'm currently:
Master Marksman;
Master Carbineer;
Master Bounbty Hunter;
Scout 4/0/4/0
So im looking for suggestions on what to grind and get rid of so i can become a formidable opponent to the jedi...

My suggestion is good template, however drop scout XX4X and replace with CM 4XXX, and get a proton carbine.

Lose master marksman and putthe spinto healing, sabers are quite dangerous now.

Drop scout x-x-4-x and pick up pistols 0-0-0-3. Now you will have the three important specials:
1. stopping shot (pistols 0-0-0-3)
2. Adv crit shot (MBH)
3. Improved Leg shot (carbiner 0-3-0-0)
Next, get a good rifle (maybe one of the new LLCs), Ubese armor with high energy protects, food/spices, Stim Ds (1000+ power), and find a Jedi 190k or under.
equip the amro, load up on your fav food/spices, stand 65m from the Jedi and fire off stopping shot. Follow with Crit and leg and back to crit. Fire off KD (underhand) and fire off another Crit then legshot.
If you planned things right he is incapped. Make sure you have /deathblow macroed to a easy key and collect your mark. Rince and repeat.
