Yes I am a respec MBH, yes I have read the FAQ. My problem is: When I take the ~30k BH PvE missions, I am getting ~CL25 marks. I did BH for roleplay purposes and find that killing CL25's is more an excersise in cash generation than actual roleplay or fun. How do I get higher CL marks? I have been primarily using the Kadaara terms and spynet operatives. Also, what role does the "difficulty" section of the mission play? As far as I can tell, it means nothing as with difficulties of 76-90ish I get CL25-35 marks.

Not possible as far as I know. Just the way they have it setup...

Its the marks above the 30k that you may get a higher level out of
From what ive seen the NPC missions are around the level you are seeing. Get good practice on tracking them and such. Learn your tactics. Once you feel you have gotten the feel for things, try a jedi mission. nothing like fighting a real target that can fight back with equal tactics.

orly, I would always take difficulty 89 missions and they'd churn out marks between 40 and 50.

Yeah, but 40-50 still isn't much of a challenge unless they are sitting in the middle of some krayts or kimos or something...

You've answered your own problem then
NPC's cant deliver the challenge you're after.
I would suggest hunting low level paddies because they either run like hell and give a really good chase, or whip out a rifle or powerfist and give you the whatfer.
130k Jedi are normally fun for this kind of thing and you never know what youre going to get with the 90-120kers.
Far more fun for a lot of people than trying to solo 226s and either getting your ass handed to you or being a CM and grinding them down over a period of time better spent doing something interesting like watching paint dry
