Profession: Bounty Hunter
NPC Bounty missions will now work properly. The Mark will now be of appropriate difficulty based on the difficulty of the mission
Moved Player Bounty Hunting to the Master Bounty Hunter skill Box
Bounty Hunter Jedi missions (1) no longer list Jedi names and (2) prevent you from determining Jedi’s level via mission payout
Profession: Scout
Phecnacine Dart will no longer cause creatures AI to turn off
Profession: Pilots
Pilots that drop a pilot profession will no longer lose an extra 10% experience if they have an inspiration buff.
They are NOT, I repeat NOT taking away mission payouts on the terms. They are only adjusting it so that you cant tell what CL the jedi is by the payout.
Thank Leatherneck_of_Alderaan for pointing this out to me.

Yeah...I guess you cant tell that a 226k payout mission isnt a full template.
Right now the amount of skill points to jedi boxes = the payout. Its not to hard to come up with the jedi's CL if you do a little math.

In a way you could. The payout was equal to the amount of points the player had in jedi skills. So basically a 225k jedi had 225 points in Jedi related skills..

I have killed quite a few cl 80 jedi who where around 160k on the terms.
If thats the case then why whould they even bother to change it to a different system in the first place. I understand what you mean when you combine combat + jedi skills.

Currently some BHs use the mission payout to determine the skillset of a Jedi, and only go after the ones that had to drop most of their regular skills to free up SP for Jedi skills, but dont have good enough Jedi skills yet to compete with a BH / xxx full template. This payout range is about 80k to 180k (depending on the BH, of course).
So with payout related to CL, a Master Rifleman / Master Doctor / Novice LS will show up the same as a MLS / MDef / xxx full template, which eliminates bottom-feeding on low-level Padawans.
Is there anything concerning how the payouts WILL be calculated?
Is it based off of successful bounty hunter kills?
Is it based off of PvP rating?
Is it based off of Jedi Skill Boxes?

No, no info on that yet. Worst case could be a random roll between 10 and 500000 after you killed the mark

I'm guessing none of the above, as they could all be indicators of a Jedi's strength.
The beauty of using vis as the payout basis is...there's NO indication of strength and it allows the BH to pick and choose who they attack based on their offensiveness (assuming vis is offensive).
