I just wanted to post a link to this article written by someone who seems to have an intelligent look at our game and it's flaws.

The sad thing now is the utter lack of controls on weaponry. PreCU if you wanted to regrind a template you would have to start out with the nooby weapon and work your way up to unlock other weapons to use. Now, if ya want to drop pistols for rifles. You can just buy a laser rifle and start grinding. No need to buy a weaker weapon. Gotten so bad that most weaponsmiths have stopped even making grinding type weapons and most are focusing on high end pvp weapons. Instead of focusing on someones mind pool for a incap people are forcing their opponents mind down to zero to stop them from healing so they can kill them.

I would say if the game is so horrible as some of you seem to imply then perhaps you should find another game? I've seen this countless times. Folks complain and whine about how messed upa game is yet they continue to shell out $15/month or whatever the price is to pay.


Make a statement! Stand behind your complaints! Let your money do your talking for you. Otherwise, stop whining already.

Well most of us have fallen in love with this game and want them to improve it.

watch, the devs will delete this thead in < 1 hour, why, because they r scared of the truth, simple devs simple, hire new, more experianced people, hell even contact lucas and he might throw a couple mil. towards bringing the game back, but u prolly wont, cuz u r lazy people, i bet if george played this game, he would hang everyone who woked on the game

It never fails to amaze me at how many people consider constructive criticism, whining. I think people such as this have experienced mediocrity their whole lives and therefore don't understand how much better things can really be. I mean this is Star Wars.....arguably the most wide-reaching epic saga of our time and it can definitely be much better than it's current mediocre state. I don't think very many people would argue that it is a mediocre game. Though most developers wouldn't agree, we customers have certain rights......one of these being the right to receive bug-free code in services that we pay for. In any other genre of software development this would get a company sued. At any rate I do like the game, even given it's flaws and lack of content. Again, people need to stop and actually use their god-given brain to determine where senseless whining ends and constructive criticism begins........that or we could all just float through life never questioning anything that happens to us......and see where we end up.

Eactly And ill go onestep more. Some of Us are more dedicated to this game than a Sheep that takes what this game For what it is. We want it tobe What it was suposed tobe and Can be.

The guy that wrote this article did a great job, he not only mentioned serious flaws in the game, he backed them up.


I cannot say I support the CU, and I cannot say I support the old system as it was.


I think this game needs to be treated more as starwars and not as EQ2, the devs just enveloped this game into an easier script to save time, developers and money.


They do this on many counts. For example, seekers originally worked on kasyyk in beta, then the devs changed them not to work at all. They then said "its meant to work this way" because the broke it and couldnt fix it.


I am not saying I hate the game, because I would not have 5 accounts if I did. I am just saying that I will not praise the devs for their lack of insight and desire to better this game.


Even now I am in the *&^% for the expansion and it is great so far, but lacks at the same time. All I can say due to NDA. I hope the devs actually listen to us ... lol ya right.
