I'm thinking of the template MBH Pistoleer 0004 MTailor. I really would like to keep the crafting class but I also want to be able to effectively fight PVE. When going on BH missions do you have to go with other BH or can anyone come with you?
Are there marks that I can kill as a Level 60 BH by myself or do I have to be level 80 to be effective?

Even if another BH went with you, they would not be able to target your mark. Best bet would be to take someone along to heal you.

You shouldn't have any problem being able to kill your marks because mission difficulty is based on your combat level, not merely being master bounty hunter. The downside is that you won't be able to pull elite or boss marks and probably won't be getting the same loot as a level 80 master would either. The upside is that even though it's not the same high-end loot, you'll probably getting a lot of finely crafted toolsets--those aren't rare because they have a low drop rate, they're rare because they have a low drop rate on high-level marks and most people rush through investigation to get to CL 80.
