Yup, you will get un-rooted automatically after the root timer expired. The only counter to root is having a high defense to make the initial root attack miss.
/sarcasmoff
Yeah, the thing is he was only a knight, I don't think knights can be master anything.
Maybe it was just one of those things where the skill decides not to work for some reason. Cause I couldn't do ANYTHING. And he wasn't using parylize either, it didn't show any status chages underneath my H/A/M bar.
Oh well, thanks again.

Uhm - short rundown on Jedi progression:
Jedi Initiate -> Padawan Trials -> Jedi grind
In the Jedi grind, a Padawan puts up to 226 skill points into Jedi professions. One Jedi Mastery costs 89 skill points (and 15,220,000 Jedi xp).
After having spend 220 skill points in Jedi skills (I think, not sure about that number) a Padawan could start the Knight trials back when the Force Ranking System was active. Currently that system is disabled.
So your "Jedi Knight" was a full templated Jedi.
The progression in the FRS would be through 10 ranks, the 10th rank granting the title "Jedi Master".

i thought it was 211...which is why people had room in their temps for novice brawler to intimidate precu.

Could be, as I said I am not sure about that number. But full templates usually either use 226, 225 or 221 SP in Jedi skills, and I know all those could start the Knight trials.
