It's in the stats, up top.
It's not at the bottom by the action costs.
Pre-CU vs. Post-CU sabers list attributes differently for some reason.
Look up by the condition and stuff, there's a Force cost there.

I'm not opposed to the idea, just the effect it would have on making anyplace playable. If they updgraded the servers or whatever to make the lag cut down, then sure. But only 1 at most. 3 would be overkill, none of the planets are important enough to need patrol by 3 ISD's (yes, I know you can see them in the air from the ground, and I don't care)
