No, because the people that build cities like to add little nothings that easily gets your swoop caught. So even though it's close together and close to the starport, you spend way too much time stuck in corners.
The only way to navigate your way out of dearic to call probes is to either walk, move your swoop at half speed, or memorize the entire freaking layout of the city. Which is 10x harder then flying to kaadara, where you can go max speed, hit a macro to /converse, and then zoom out to call the probe.

It isn't that hard
Yet again Dearic is perfect to skip the lag of Kaadara, and in case Kaadara is infested with your opposing faction, Dearic never has crackdown NPCs.
Besides, I live on Talus, so it's better for me too.
And, if you have a fine system with high FPS, you would not have trouble swooping around the city to do this. It's very close to the starport.
Some people would still go Kaadara, but from now on, it'll be Dearic for me.
There is also a master informant in the starport right at the entrance to the landing area. This is a great spot for me when I grab a mission off the terms on Endor or somehwere random and can fly right into dearic and get my bio sig.
One thing about Dearic though it seems the city radius is larger than Kadaara in that I have to travel further away to launch an arakyd. Certainly less laggy though.
Shhhh! Don't tell them Dearic is a good spot 
Honestly its, great, cause the terminal and informant are like 2 seconds away from a path out of the city, and the starport is very close. it's great if you dont like the crowds/lag of Kadaara

No, you're right. A big part of it is probably my FPS, and not being able to turn as quickly as I should.
But from the informant to the outskirt ofDearic is roughly the same distance from Kaadara's informant to the point where probes can be called. Except with Dearic you have to travel another 300m-500m outside the cityto drop the probe.
