I actually did that the last time and the mark moved to what seemed to be land, but just my luck, still over water - mission incomplete.

and I just had an elite boss mark with 34k health just disappear on me in the middle of the fight. I had him half way down and poof. And before that I had a mark spawn in a tree and I couldn't attack it.

this crap gets me completely frustated, especially when I'm out in the middle of nowhere in a non build planet where the nearest starport is 5k+ away

I just started getting into the habit of cancelling the mission if I see it's too close to the edge of a map or in the middle of a body of water. In the time it takes to travel all that way and get hosed, I can easily pick up another mission and be well onmy way.

the one that disappeared on me was on yavin, i was 56m away and he didn't seem to be doing any dmg to me. It was odd and then when his health was halfway down he decided it was time to go to swg bug heaven.

Anotherelite boss 35k health mark has spawned under a rock on yavin. I'm 6k away from the nearest starport.

im pissed, I can't fatham how much time I've wasted today on bugged marks.

As far as the rocks and trees, I've heard dropping a basic camp kit will fix that most of the time.

I will try that, these elite boss marks are hard to come by and drop the best stuff. Though I have to travel 24 thousand meters to kill this frickin thing since I don't have any resources on me

If you're out in the boonies, why not just kill a few random mobs and harvest enough for a camp kit? Well, I guess that wouldn't help unless you carry your general crafting tool around with you, but I do anyway since I'm an old smuggler lol.

ya, i needed a crafting tool. I'm now headed back to the spawn, hopefully hes still there.

didn't work. still cant see the damn mark, couldn't even see my damn camp to disband it, waited for it to disband so I could try again, got the message that it disbanded, drove back to place another camp, camp is still there with the rock on top of it, tried to place another camp, got message that I can't place camp so close to another camp, this game sucks ass.

bump cause im just so damn pissedand I wantall you people whom Inever met to know aboutit.
