I broke a cardinal rule !( so I am told)

I got my mark and as per usual went to the LOOOT BUTTON !

I like to see my loot and pick it up individually !

Imaging my surprise when I fpicked up the first loot and was examining my awesome one, can't remember its name but it was an attachment for a weapon with +186 Max dam, -0.7 attack speed and -0.7 on some other stat, and AS I WAS READING THE STATS ON IT, .......

The body disappeared BEFORE I PRESSED LOOT !

I thought the body should have stayed til I looted it ! Total time from kill till this happened .... NO LONGER THAN 10 SECONDS !

Just a warning guys .... LOOT AS FAST AS YOU CAN .... DON'T ADMIRE YOUR REWARDS !!

ADMIRE THEM AFTER YOU LOOT .......

Or the imaginary faeries will come and steal your body loot and completely RUIN YOUR DAY !

The rest of my loots for the day were bloody MELONS and BUGS FROM 3 ELITE and 1 BOSS !

i've been there before. they need to fix that. Now i just use a /loot all macro and pick up all the stuff. makes it hard to see what i got since i have to search my inv to find it now. What i do though is check my inv count before battle. if i loot something and it doesn't change then i know it was smuggler stuff. if it does change then i know i looted something.

This happened to me when I was inspecting a really good HC Scatter Pistol that I got off a mark. I was about to loot it and got excited reading the stats on it and then poof...the body dissapeared before I could pick up the loot. I was pissed. Live and learn I guess. Now I loot first and admire later.

You can also loot with a droid grouped and it will give the title of what you looted. This way you know whether or or not you need to search your Inventory.
