Thread: Skill mod caps
Block/counterattack/dodge/melee-/ranged def caps at 125 (softcap), +25 skilltapes, +food/drink
accuracy: no cap is known / been tested so far
def vs. various stats: rumours are cap at 100, cap at 125, no cap
of course this is all going to change in CU, especially the speedcap will b changed. i c the general speed ca/aa skyrocket

Can't remember the name of the thread but this was answered about a month ago by one of the developers at Fan Fest. He said "Yes" the cap is +25 on attachments/bio clothing/modded items. The only exception is food and spice.

hmm...thats wierd because i have had people test it and i know peeps with like +50 speed suits who hit alot faster than if just wearing their +25
It is possible to mix both speed and accuracy for a +50.
+25 General Ranged Accuracy and +25 Rifle Accuracy = +50 total rifle accuracy from tapes
+25 General Ranged Speed and +25 Rifle Speed = +50 total rifle speed from tapes
its +25, however mods that are available by other means, such as melee/ranged def and terrain neg from tailors, will not stack above +25 with attachments.
so if you have a shirt with tailor mods +17 ranged/melee def, you can only add +8 with attachments
