Anyone know how tofinda boss mission specifically? or is it a totally random occurance for a MBH mission?

level 81-82 with high resists and regeneration.


A lot rarer since pub23 and when theydrop good loot they are very good but mostly they are crap.

You have to be MBH to get Double elite boss marks though- apparently
