I been looking through the forums and many are saying that electrolyte drain works well

Is MCM/MBH a good temp against jedis and npcs or should I just stick with MBH/Mcarb and 4000 CM

rancor aid will work against drain to take away the snare, but the other snares esp from carbine wont be affected. Besides MBH/MCarb 4000 CM is a much more fun template IMO.

MCM/MBH is fine, dont fear the yet released rancor aids. Even if they have it ots vewry filling and to my understanding doesnt last very long. Go with what you enjoy first off. If you like MBH/MCM then add carbines x4xx to it so if they do use the rancor stuff then you have an alternative.
