Yesterday I sent in a ticket expressing my dissatisfaction over the changes to the BH elite marks in the last publish. Last night I recieved this response (which was a surprise in itself, my tickets have almost always been ignored during the almost two years I've been playing) and I thought I'd share it. Thanks to the CSR for replying so promptly and making my evening. The emphasis is mine, not the CSR's.

I am sorry to hear that you encountered problems in which you are not satisfied with the introduction of impervious Intelligent Fighters in the game as you are not able to complete your missions after repeated attempts. We appreciate your comments about the enhancements of the game; please submit your feedback at etc....
I took screenshots of this ticket and printedit out to hand to out to friends who also play SWG Monday morning. We're all going to be posting it up in our offices with all the other funnies we collect.

So would that be an admission that we're not supposed to kill them?

Lol we dont cry. Half our stuff is broken. But NPC AI is killing everyone. Even more so jedi rofl. Pearls are going to be actually hard to get now

Funny have np whit any of my NPC marks whit my BH alt its harder then before but stll havent died by one (and no im not uber)but guess its time for some BH to learn there temp....As many of u have told us jedi

I want a copy of this!!! I've known Mortekai a long timeand the kind of player he is - the irony of it all is just too delicious. For those that think this post is a merely a matter of not knowing how to play a BH, you've missed the point entirely.

impervious Intelligent Fighters
Impervious, well they nearly hit the mark,
Intelligent, not as far as I can see they are meatlumps that can spam specials at random. Sorry but when I melee them I dont see them kiting me. When I see a mark Kiting a melee bounty hunter, then they will be inteligent.
Fighters, ok gotta hand them that one they scored there
