I'm a new BH and I have read the FAQ and all the stickies but I must be doing something wrong because I am not getting my marks name.

Tonight I took a Player Jedi Mission, Called down a Probe droid and got report they were on lok, went there and launched a seeker and traked them to their house but the droids never gave me their name.

I know I am missing some easy step could anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Are you launching TWO seekers with different functions, or just one?

There are 2 options we can use when launching the Seeker

  • Identify target

  • Track Target

I launch an ID seeker followed rapidly by a tracker - I always get the ID..

Don't you have to be within 1km of the target as well to get thier ID?

When I try to launch my 2nd seeker it says I am already tracking target, I will try and hit the identify target first this time.

I check datapad and for mission it still says rebel or imp jedi, never says their name.

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll report back if I have any luck in figuring this out.

Theoretically - Although I've had Marks on Naboo be 4.5k away when i launched, and it still returned an ID...

I launch my seeker with the ID command before I travel to the planet that the Jedi is on. When I land, it gives me a name even if they are 10,000m away - sometimes (1/5) it dont work, but generaly it does.
