OK, i am new to BH but have always been curious as it looks liek an awesome profession to have.
BUT..i have a couple of issues/problems
Did i make the wrong move goin for master carbineer? Everythign i have read so far seems to indicate that you dont stand a chance against Jedi unless you are master rifles. Have i wasted the whole double xp week grinding the wrong profession?
Investiagtion Tree: the only ne i didn't have time to do during dbl xp week. It is a nightmare!!! I am doign missions all over Corellia. A mission from coronet will send me to Tyrena, a mission from Tyrena send me to Doaba Guerfel....all this for 350xp per mission! I realise i am 0444 and am only doig missions for 12-17k but is thee a better way to do it than this?

Your prof should fit your play style. Most profs go through periods where they are over-powered and an equal period where they are under-powered. Rifles deals heavier damage, but at a cost of speed and some accuracy compared to Carbines. BTW, MBH/MC/Pistols 0404 is a pretty popular Jedi hunting template.

mcarbs can be fine, i've noticed legshot seems to do more damage than the rifles headshot. investigation...thats fastest way you can do it. cap your invest xp when you can, don't go for 1444 as soon as you can get it. when you get to 2444, slice base terminals for 1k xp each. after that jedi missions for xp.

If I were you, I wouldn't make your automatic attack anything but the default attack. Save your action for specials, don't make a high special your default.

Don't you run out of action quicker using that as your default?

Oh yeah, forgot about slicing bases! thanks for the tip.
I already have 0003 pistols so i have improved stopping shot.
Didn't realise Leg shot did that much damage. i have been usign rapid fire as my default attack. maybe i shoudl switch.
