My friend and i Respeced to do Jedi hunting to try to help keep the jedi population down. lol. But i was wondering do he and i have to have the same bounty to hunt the same jedi? or can we be grouped and hunt the same one, even though only one of us has the mission

same mission.
And do it as much and as often as you can before you lose the ability to do it.

depends on jedi's visibility, the higher it is, the more missions will be made for him (up to 5).

To the original poster: You both need to have a mission on the same Jedi, people just grouped with a BH cannot help a BH just as people grouped with the Jedi cannot help the Jedi.
