Thread: Publish 20 Jedi Tracking question
So, if they go offline while we're still waypoint chasing, will the probe droids actually tell us the mark is not detected anywhere (and is thus offline), or are we going to have to go to every planet in the game and call an probe droid?

I think only a probot can tell you if they are on/offline. A seeker will still report them as being there even though they may be offline. Thats what has happened to me anyhow.
It was a probot I was asking about, I should have made it more clear but I couldn't remember how to spell "akaryd" or however it's spelt
Sorry i am ocnfused by this, will the terminals only show us non named jedi that are currently online?
I mean if I have to start launching droids to even find out if the player is online, thne I have no hope. I have to go through 20 jedi on Chilastra before i ifnd one online and that is using add ot friends.
I am sorry if this was dicussed before but I can't find it with the search button. I also treid to find the Pub 20 list of fixes/changes but had little luck as well.

I'll clear it up - The terminals will only show Jedi's who are online, at the time. However, you will not get their name until you track them down and see them (and see the name above their head like you do with everybody else). I was asking about the period of time between those two things. Because once you have seen who your mark is, add them to your friends list, and go away (waiting for best time to attack), and you will know when they are online and when they aren't. I was concerened about what happens if they go offline before you identify them.

This is yet another reason why we need the name of the jedi while on the hunt. Last night I had 3 Jedi that were in the process of logging off when I came looking for them. I tracked them both down to their houses and when they logged off, the seekers still acted as if they were still in their house. I knew they werent online because I had added them to my friends list. But the only way you will know after pub20 will be to launch another probot and wait 3 more minutes to for it to tell you that your target is online and HAHAHAH you wasted your time coming out there.
