1. there's still a 5-mission-per-jedi-at-one-time limit, right?
2. if mission payouts are randomized, does this mean that bh #1 will see jedi #1 at 48k and bh #2 will see jedi #1at 51k, for example? or will all bh's see jedi #1 at the same level?
3. is accepting a ride allowed under the newbh TEF?
4a. supposedly terminals will only show online jedi. does that mean online at the exact time the bh refreshes the terminal listing? if the jedi should go offline will their mission disappear off the terminals immediately?
4b. if a jedi mission is taken then the jedi goes offline, how is the bh notified? through the next droid?
5. group visibility is removed for jedi, but only for all-jedi groups, right? if there's a non-jedi in the group will the jedi get vis as normal?
6. will 'imperial'-aligned bh's be able to hunt 'imperial'-aligned jedi, and vice versa?

Word is 3 at a time now. Based on information provided by the brawler corr on his testing on TC.

Hard to verify this since you don't know who you're hunting at the time you take the mission.

I don't believe this has changed. Didn't test it myself.

Did not test this, but there will probably be some time overlap.

You will get the 'target is not online' message the next time you try to use a seeker or Arakyd.

All group members, not just Jedi.

Yes. Verified this myself. I am an Imperial bounty hunter on TC and took a mission on an Imperial Jedi. Bounty hunter TEF allowed me to attack with no problems.
