I'm not sure I understand your question. You will be ejected from public buildings if you or your mark initiates combat in a public building. Tested and verified this myself on TC. Patch notes are here, look under GCW section about TEF's.

no they fixed it awhile ago so if a jedi runs or is sitting in a public cantina and you attack you don't get thrown out. Was fixed 2-3-4 publishes ago and im looking for the patch notes on it.
