The longer it takes to grind a jedi = the more money for SOE.


Since full temp jedis are so bored and lack any content and will finally ebay the toon, SOE wishes to slow down your grind.


Simple as that.

Plain and simple, this publish takes away the "I kill lvl 60 padawans cause it's my job" BH's, gives PvE players the option of staying PvE, and for those old jedi who love PvP, now they get a chance to be hunted again, I know several jedi who love this patch because they haven't been hunted since they went over 200k. The BH now gets to hunt all players who WANT to be hunted, so expect a challenge... and REMEMBER: THERE IS NO PENALTY FOR A BH DEATH, no decay, only player rating drop.. if anyone cares...


I do believe that the AFK grinding on Kash has to be stopped, I would never think of afk leveling my jedi, it's too embarassing, and since seeker droids won't return names there, it's really bad for BH's. Personally, I think SOE should have seeker droids not be able to track there, but give back the name so the dedicated BH's out there can kill off all the afk grinders...


... and what I wouldn't pay to kill off some of the spammers in coronet... I have them all ignored, but I still know they're there... spamming....


There wouldn't be any problems if members of both parties did not 'exploit' or 'take advantage of a system there'... too many people LOOK for these things and it ruins gameplay for so many others.

Is that what I asked for? No.Spending millions on attachments and adk'sand having to have like 6700 energy RIS, havinga 900dps pistol and having to take like 30k in food and stims everytime you fight a full temp jedi is hardy handing it to me on a plate. You still might lose b/c your out templated.You must hunt 100k jedi if any. This pub might not be as bad for some BH, but if i just want to hunt 200k+ its not as good.

Hey you said it yourself... its not as EASY. So what, get out there and do your thing. The only way this makes it hard is if you are just trying to GRIEVE someone you don't like. Get over it. It should have been this way from day one. Just like the master box for player hunting. Geezis.

nice post geminus thx. I have been soloing 200k+ since pub 19 easily.I like to know who I'm hunting to avoid hunting lvl 60's and trying to stick with lvl 80.

I've pulled 11 missions so far today 3 kash8 offline. This is working well thx SOE lol. Not going to Kash so I'll keep trying.

and the weak get seperated from the herd....i love how some bh really show their true bravery by crying about i cant take custom missions now. too bad, deal with it or get out. i have killed3 bh today alone and looking forward to killing 3 more before the day is gone. grow up and accept the consequences that you chose to incur because of your proffesion. you put yourself in this corner so enjoy the view. at least the bh that come for me so far have been real proffesionals and not complained after i killed them. at least they died with honor...something the original poster should take a lesson from.

Ok, its fair for me if you want to get rid of the names, if griefing is that big problem. Honestly i think those who get griefed should learn how to stay off the terms instead of getting the BH profession crippled. All can grind solo in SWG and get deacent xp too...I can so could all of you out there..it only take a little longer time. But jedi is about patiance, so that would be a test to learn to do it right.


But, as I see it we need a way to really investigate our mark. Theres noway we can actually get any good info about the jedi skills our mark has by looking at him. The only things u can see are title, pvprating and the bio text. Not much that reveals his skills there...if we are not to end up with all BHs having the same MBH/Mrifleman/CM - templates.


Im one of those who enjoy being what i think is cool..i dont want to change temps cause theres only one temp that can kill knights. I want to keep my RIS armor and my carbines. Even if that means I have to stay away from knights, its ok for me as long I can have the character I want. Created the way I think is cool. Not a character forced on to me due to narrow game rules.


So, give us the tools to really investigate the mark, or replace the rewards. Theres noway you can sneak up and study a mark unless u got /cover rifleman skill. There should be other ways to do the target recon, otherwise BH-ing will be dead in a few weeks...

thx for another genius post. When did we start talking about dieing in combat? What are "custom missions"? I wanted a discusion, but I'm not getting it. Just childish remarks that could only come from a jedi
