Actually its called "Training" and no its not an "exploit" but I know it is at least frowned upon by SOE if not a reportable offense

I think I'd call that "improvising". Did he die? Did you still get to collect your contract fee?BH's are only motivated by money and personally if I had the choice of possibly fightinga jedi and his 2 buddies or using creative thinking to win the fight without any harm coming to me.........hmmmmm. I think pulling some more Krayts to finish the job doesn't sound so bad.

From the rules of conduct:
6. You may not intentionally circumvent the player-versus-player combat features and cause another player to die, such as by "training" them.
Training is defined as pulling/leading a hostile NPC or creature along behind you and attempting to get it to attack another player who does not desire that engagement.
The intentional training of NPCs or Creatures will result in immediate disciplinary action when witnessed by a CSR, or if sufficient evidence is available. We are aware that accidents often happen causing unintentional trains, and will scrutinize each report of this activity closely.

I was grinding, and I was attacked by a BH.
I proceeded to FD. After feigning death, my character got up on it's own (I did not hit the /stand command, not any other command) and was unnable to complete any commands I gave. My character ran around hap-hazardly, out of my controll for a few seonds before I got controll back.
Upon getting controll back, I hit FD again. The same thing happened.
Upon regaining controll of my character I ran. When it was apparant that I was not going to be able to get away, I hit FD a third time. Again the same thing happened, this time he incapped me and deathblowed me.
What I want to know is this, Is this the result of some new ability, like a fear attack? Or not?
I would like to make it clear that I have been informed as of about a half hour ago that the FD system has been changed. This was not a case of being incapacitated 3 times while feigning death.
I would also like to make it clear that I understood that I would be facing BHs when I chose to grind upusing Storm Troopers. I do not have any issues with Bounty Hunters who fight and play fair, in fact I applaud skilled Bounty Hunters.

This is a perfect example of why Feign Death was nerfed. Noob jedi think they can use skills to escape combat so they do not have to fight.

BHs have no fear ability or anything else that would make your charater uncontrolable as you descibe. It could have been simple lag or another bug, other posters suggested before that spamming FD can much up your queue,I haven't heard of any exploit that can do what you describe.

1. wether there is an exploit or not, why would you try to use FD in a PvP situation...
2. It's more likely that your UI & controls were bugged... I have had it were I was stuck running in a direction (similar to if you turn a PS2 or Xbox on while holding the controller pad left, when it goes back to center it thinks center is full right. Easily remedied in SWG by running in the direction you are stuck, if running forward, then run forward, if left then run left). I think that is more likely than some 1 taking over your interface. even in the cheat filled world of HL:Counterstrike, I never heard of some 1 taking over another persons interface.

The feign and lack of control have nothing to do with the BH (unless maybe that BH was a dev...
).
More than likely you were lagged--you may even have beenincapped and it just didn't show because of the lag. Also, what you describe sounds a little like a momentary "SWG Connection Lost."
Regardless--feigning in PvP only allows your opponent to instantly DB you, so unless you were just planning on bending over for the BH, I wouldn't feign again in PvP. Feign is still very useful in PvE, though--especially when you have to suddenly get up and leave the keyboard.
